Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline (Preference will be given candidates having Masters in Social Science.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize Meeting, Workshop, Dialogue with local stake holder
∎ Prepare training plan for project staff and conduct training sessions if need.
∎ Ensure necessary training logistics for qualitative training
∎ Develop IEC materials as appropriate for the project
∎ Prepare guideline for adolescents group, parents group, networking group formation and activities
∎ Provide technical assistance to field staffs for the formation of groups
∎ S/he building the capacity of local actors to take over the acute needs and maintain continuous liaison and networking with relevant government officials, LGI, Local Leaders/CSO and Role model, Quazi, Match maker etc.
∎ Monitoring the session facilitation, parents meeting activities and provide necessary feedback for further improvement.
∎ S/he will responsible to prepare monthly reports, Prepare case study on advocacy initiatives, Properly document all records, prepare all kind of documentation of the project.
∎ Assist to prepare related reports, press release and presentations.
∎ Conduct training need assessment for project staff
∎ Arrange training of staff in consultation with TL/PM and as per budget provision.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 3 years experience in relevant field preferably in development sectors.
∎ Should have experience in advocacy and Networking and Facilitation skills
∎ Should have experience to work with urban/rural community and local government
∎ Should have experience in organizing Meeting, Workshop and training
∎ Should have skill on facilitation to conduct training and workshop
∎ Report preparation in Bengali and English and documentation
∎ Should have good command in MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point packages.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively in the project area of PSTC.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility and have the patience to work under pressure
∎ English language proficiency
∎ Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
∎ Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in all aspects of working
∎ A demonstrated knowledge of SRHR, Gender, CEFM in Bangladesh.
∎ Ability to guide a team.
∎ Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other information

Salary: Tk. 35280 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus, 10% provident Fund & 10% Gratuity as per HR policy.
