Job Context:
∎ Location of Posting : Rangpur with regular travel to project locations.
∎ Job Summary: The "Project Officer, Digital Delivery" will be responsible for field level implementation of eFarmersHub and support to Manager, MRM & ICT for maintaining digital system. S/he will educate FH owners and project personnel on application of eFarmersHub, manage users accounts, check quality of data aggregated through the system, primary troubleshoot of the system and ensure 100% users (FH owners) adaptation in the system.
∎ Relationships: S/he will be reportable to the Manager, MRM & ICT and work in close coordination with the other Program/Project Managers and SFSA Bangladesh field office management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% of Farmers' Hubs owners and their operator franchisees usage of eFarmersHub through hands on training, meeting, one-to-one mentoring, motivation and royalty program.
∎ Regular system management, account creation, product assign, dashboard monitoring, data quality assurance and primary trouble shoot at user level.
∎ Manage the call center for supporting users for solving their day to day problems through proper communication with line manager and tech team
∎ Regular field visit for user motivation, understanding users experiences and gathering information for further development or improvement of the system
∎ Support in filed level implementation of digital Monitoring & Evaluation system and maintain proper database with GPS location
∎ Regularly report (weekly, monthly and quarterly) to Manager, MRM & ICT for progress update and next course of actions
∎ Maintain communication and coordination with the project operation team and partners for successful implementation of the system
∎ Any other specific areas of responsibilities shall be assigned from time to time by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At-least 1 years of working experience in development projects/ programs in conducting training, motivating entrepreneurs/farmers and field level implementation
∎ Practical experiences on field level implementation of ICT tools and software
∎ Basic knowledge on IT platform management, different users account creation in web, android app operation and database management
∎ Good communication skill and working experiences with different entrepreneurs for their business management support
∎ Good computer skills in MS Office, Internet application and email correspondence
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Should have valid driving license and willing to drive motorcycle
∎ Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and maintain the targets and deadlines.
