Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a reputed university but flexible for any relevant technical discipline with proper coding knowledge and extensive experiences in digital project management.

Job Context:
∎ Job Summary: The "Digital Delivery Specialist` will be responsible for ensuring consistent development, usages and implementation of eFarmersHub platform, support in commercial test out and analytical report preparation for management decision making with close supervision of Manager, MRM & ICT.
∎ Relationships: S/he will be reportable to the Manager, MRM & ICT and work in close coordination with eFarmersHub implementation team and the other Program/Project Managers.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the consistency of the digital platform in terms of development and user application by coordinating with tech team and implementation team
∎ Ensure proper support for commercial pilot of eFarmersHub digital platform with close coordination with partner tech service provision company
∎ Take over the source code and understand the existing tech development
∎ Primary level trouble shoot of this platform and assist in proper implementation at field level
∎ Quality assurance of the system and data flow, data dumping, aggregation, analysis, report preparation and presentation
∎ Develop different shorts of impact stories, case studies, assessment reports, news bulletins etc.
∎ Support to implement the digital driven monitoring & evaluation system at the project
∎ Any other specific areas of responsibilities shall be assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ At-least 1 years of extensive working experience in software development and marketing company/ project
∎ High command in coding, data analysis and report preparation
∎ Good communication skill and working experiences with different client management
∎ Good computer skills in MS Office, Internet application and email correspondence
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and maintain the targets and deadlines.
