∎ Masters in any discipline; relaxed in case of experience female candidate and candidate experienced with WASH or DRR project;
∎ Minimum of 3 years working experience in management and operations with development project of which at least two years experience with WASH or DRR project ;
∎ Demonstrated leadership and program development abilities and strategic thinking;
∎ Able to multi-task, problem solve and deal with complex relationships and situations;
∎ Fluent spoken and written in Bangla and English languages skills and computer literacy;
∎ Must have willingness to ride Motor Cycle;
∎ Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines;
∎ Experience on community Mobilization;
∎ Experience on linkage and liaison.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical support to the project team; capacity building of Field Facilitator on TBR project, livelihood diversification, early warning system, bio-diversity conservation and other relevant areas.
∎ Coordination and collaboration with local government, upazila and district level Govt. departments, private sectors, NGOs, civil societies, and relevant partners.
∎ Provide day-to- day operational support to Field Facilitators including performance management, capacity building etc.
∎ Timely implementation of DIP activity.
∎ Prepare progress report, success story and other reports as requirement of the project.
∎ Prepare yearly plan of operation with detailed budget under the project.
∎ Engage key stakeholders of disaster management (government, private sector, civil society, community, youth, and community leaders) from grassroots to national level.
∎ Stakeholder mapping, intelligence, and strategic influencing.
∎ Arranging workshops, campaigns, social media activities for stakeholder engagement.
∎ Keeping track of stakeholder feedback and communicating to managers.
∎ Strategic planning and consultations for campaigns.
∎ Research, reporting and documentation of TBR outcomes.
∎ Organization of data and information related with TBR
∎ Coordinate with TBR staffs as and when required.
∎ Human interest stories collection and dissemination.
∎ Support the Team Leader to collaborate and coordinate.
∎ Under the supervision of Team Leader- Emergency & Humanitarian Response, the Project Officer- Community Engagement under the Transboundary Flood Resilience Project in South Asia (TBR II Phase) will be responsible for Provide technical support, Coordination and collaboration, operational support to Field Facilitators, and cPrepare progress report, success story and other reports. S/he will arrange workshops, campaigns, social media activities for stakeholder engagement.
