Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Officer (PO) - Case Management is responsible for ensuring the quality implementation of Save the Children's case management services in a specific area to respond to the child protection needs of vulnerable and at-risk children.
∎ The PO - Case Management will manage a team of Social Case Workers to provide holistic and comprehensive case management services to the most vulnerable and at-risk children including: identification, registration, care plan establishment, referrals, direct service provision, progress monitoring and case closure. The PO - Case Management will also be responsible for implementing Save the Children's family tracing and reunification (FTR) and alternative care package in the location as well as acting as an internal and external focal point for child protection in the location in which they are assigned.

Additional Requirements:

∎ At least 2 years' experience within a development organization and at least 1-year experience in the field of child protection.
∎ Previous strong experience and skills in case management for most vulnerable children.
∎ Previous experience and skills in Child protection, case management and child rights.
∎ Experience in managing field staff, providing/ facilitating training, meeting.
∎ Good working knowledge on using MS Office, and internet is preferred.
