Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Social Science or any other relevant subject from any reputed University.
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic future leader who has completed his/her Graduate in Social Science or any other relevant subject from any reputed University. Preferably, one year of working experience in Livelihoods, Economic Empowerment Programme. Has experience in coordinating, implementing and monitoring project activities and has the ability to organize and analyse information, present these for the audience in report format that can be used for making decisions. S/he must have the Ability to involve the members of the team or communities in consensus building and decision-making. Effectively facilitate training workshop to enrich participant understanding of particular subject. S/he should be Proficient in communicating with different stakeholder i.e partner, youth, government representatives, private sectors etc. Must have Good communication, facilitation and representation skill. Good writing, speaking and typing skill in English & Bangla using MS office applications. Interested to intensive field visit and passionate to contribute for the change of youth lives.
