Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop monitoring tools and techniques for all programme components mentioned in the programme document with support from UNICEF Planning and Monitoring section.
∎ Implementation monitoring frame work in the field; collect and ensure qualitative and quantitative data for informed management decision
∎ Weekly monitoring visit of project components (e.g. Nutrition, WASH, Child Protection, C4D) and participate in project activities and share visit report with Program Coordinator.
∎ Implement reporting system and documentation as per project needs
∎ Ensure quality data to measuring impact of the project interventions through various approaches using both qualitative and quantitative process.
∎ Prepare monthly, Quarterly and Annually plan based on the overall plan.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual report provide UNICEF format and send to Program Coordinator
∎ Prepare monthly & quarterly monitoring report of the project focusing on project results
∎ Measuring sustainability of different project interventions.
∎ Responsible to maintain liaison and communication with district level official of Chattogram City Corporation, MoWCA, DWA, DSS, MOL, BSS of GoB and other like-minded NGOs.
∎ Attend different learning and sharing events such as meetings, cultural programs etc. as appropriate
∎ Assist the Program Coordinator and UNICEF team in designing and coordinating baselines mid-term evaluations, end-line evaluations and annual project reviews
∎ Any other responsibility may be assigned by Program Coordinator as and when required.

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
