  • Strong knowledge about building codes; BNBC, ACI & ASTM



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and supervise site engineers and technical teams on various project sites.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with design, safety, and compliance standards.

  • Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, design specifications, structural requirements, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Maintain complete and organized documentation such as drawings, material records, schedules, work orders, invoices, and statutory permits.

  • Prepare and review project reports, budgets, schedules, and cost estimations.

  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.

  • Prepare contractor bills, issue work instructions, and monitor contractor performance to ensure adherence to approved work programs.

  • Review engineering drawings with architects and provide technical guidance as needed.

  • Monitor material procurement and site logistics to avoid delays.

  • Coordinate and facilitate material testing through approved laboratories.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

  • Conduct Toolbox Meetings (TBM), provide safety briefings, oversee site cleanliness and curing activities, and ensure efficient utilization of materials.
