∎ Experience of networking, advocacy, research, communication & networking and supervision, monitoring & evaluation of implementing programs in any reputed NGOs
∎ Must be fluent in English and have excellent report writing capacity both in Bangla & English
∎ Motivated, self-organised and active in taking initiative
∎ Familiarity working in online workplaces with decentralized teams
∎ Ability to coordinate a team, work under pressure, and deliver on deadlines

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Management experience
∎ Outreach media and civil society organizations and develop network
∎ Manage the effective implementation of freedom of expression, media freedom
∎ Understanding on relevant laws and policies including digital space
∎ Provide technical and security support to team members on a day-to-day basis
∎ Implement technical solutions to improve team security, coordination, operations, and program implementation
∎ Lead the management and planning of a variety of consultations, trainings, and meetings on digital rights and safety issues
∎ Oversee project logistics and monitor projects’ progresses, including documentation, evaluation, and reporting
∎ Monitor project spending and work with the finance team to manage budgets
∎ Maintain and file documentation in an organised and efficient manner
∎ Develop workplans and timelines, and monitor their progress
∎ Manage or assist with digital security consultancies, including managing consultants
∎ Contribute to the digital safety program strategy development
∎ Coordinate collaborative design and consultation processes with partners
∎ Assist and provide leadership in developing the broader civic and digital space for freedom of expression
∎ Conduct regional and international webinar
∎ Develop and maintain partnerships with a range of individuals and organisations working on freedom of expression, digital security and safety in the region
∎ Promote relevant materials and publications to civil society
∎ Develop digital content for social media campaign
∎ VOICE is a right based research and advocacy organization working mainly on the issues of human rights-- right to information and communication justice, privacy rights and data protection, freedom of expression, digital rights and safety, countering hate speech & misinformation as well as around the issues of aid and development effectiveness, economic justice, food sovereignty, climate change, public health programme etc, both in Bangladesh and on a global scale for more than 23 years.
∎ To implement a donor funded project on Collaborative Actions for Freedom of Expression (CAFÉ), VOICE is seeking applications for Project Manager from qualified candidates in immediate basis. This is a contractual but full-time position for 12 months with a possibility of renewal intending to start from First week of October 2024.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary: 60,000 BDT per month, (consolidated). [Experience and skilled candidate can negotiate].
