Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva (or similar tools).
Strong sense of creativity, color, composition, and typography, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and videos.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing (experience in development or communication sector is an added advantage).
A strong portfolio showcasing previous design and video editing work (both static and motion graphics).
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
Keen eye for detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and adaptability to feedback and changing project requirements.

To support enhanced governance in the electronics waste sector, VOICE is seeking a qualified Consultant to assess current enforcement practices of the national E-Waste Management Rules and lead the dissemination of findings.
We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and skilled Video Editor & Graphics Designer to join our VOICE team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and proficiency in modern video editing and graphic design tools. This role is essential in producing high-quality visual content that reflects the values and identity of our institution.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the creative and academic teams to understand project objectives, messaging, and intended outcomes.
Edit and produce engaging and professional video content for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes.
Design visually appealing graphics that align with the academy’s brand identity and communication standards.
Apply feedback from team members, leadership, and stakeholders to refine and enhance visual content.
Ensure all visual outputs are consistent with the institution’s branding and quality guidelines.
Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for events, interviews, campaigns, and storytelling purposes.
Participate in developing concepts, scripts, storyboards, and production strategies for various media projects.
Research and stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve content quality.
Work collaboratively with the marketing and communication team to ensure all media outputs meet publishing and campaign standards.
Capture and produce short-form and long-form content suitable for social media and web platforms.
Add visual effects, graphics, captions, and sound design to enhance final outputs.
Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all video projects.
Capture photos at events, workshops, and field visits for use in publications and digital media.
Edit and archive photos according to organizational guidelines.
Ensure all outputs comply with organizational communication policies and branding guidelines.
