Experience:
Graduation from a reputed university in Economics, Development Studies, Sociology, English, or any other relevant discipline.

About the Role
Voices for Interactive Choice and Empowerment (VOICE) is seeking a motivated and committed Programme Support Assistant to support its flagship project focused on journalists’ safety. The position is ideal for early- to mid-career professionals who are passionate about press freedom, freedom of expression, and civic space, and who are interested in project implementation through advocacy and research.
Key Responsibilities
The Programme Support Assistant will work closely with the project team and management to support the following activities:
Assist in systematic media monitoring related to human rights violation, particularly related to press freedom and journalists’ safety.
Support the planning and management of advocacy events, consultations, and meetings with key stakeholders.
Contribute to project communications, including social media management, content development, and media relations to ensure maximum visibility and coverage.
Liaise with journalists and media professionals on safety-related issues and document emerging concerns.
Assist in proposal writing, concept notes, and other documentation for resource mobilization.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management in line with project objectives.
