• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must.

• Advanced skills in MEP basics or design software like AutoCAD or project management tools.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, project budgeting and contract management.

• Basic understanding of national regulations and safety standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Ability to multitask and manage timelines under tight project deadlines.

• Target-driven and results-oriented.

• Proficiency in office suite.

A leading international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Projects Manager (Store) to oversee and coordinate all functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.

Job Purpose:

To execute technical, administrative, and non-technical tasks related to the construction and renovation of new or existing shops, covering both civil and mechanical-electrical (ME) works, ensuring projects are implemented efficiently and in accordance with company standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land or building measurements for new store opening plans and design accurate sketches/structures in accordance with company standards.

• Supervise renovation/construction works performed by external parties to ensure quality and compliance.

• Create field supervision reports and complete related administrative tasks.

• Create a budget plan for renovation and construction of new company outlets effectively and on time.

• Deliver store renovation works aligned with company specifications and the scheduled timeline.

• Secure company data and information in compliance with the Information Security Management System.

• Ensure work & travel facilities (vehicle/motorcycle) are provided properly in compliance with safety procedures.

• Ensure accurate site survey drawings, measurements, field supervision and on-time reporting with field verification.
