Job Context:
∎ As a Project Manager, you will be acting as a bridge between the upper management, the Client, and the people who are actually responsible for the execution of the project. You will need to make sure that the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule. You will also need to update the progress of the project regularly to the upper management.
∎ You will be taking responsibility for a specific project or several projects within the organization. You will be in charge of planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting the project with the use of various project management methodologies and tools. You will be working in a collaborative team with a supportive atmosphere. You will be able to strengthen your area of expertise to have shared success.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Defining project objectives, scopes, roles & responsibilities.
∎ - Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ - Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs to meet budget
∎ - Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones & activities.
∎ - Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
∎ - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution life cycle.
∎ - Managing and adjusting for project scope, schedule, and/or budget changes.
∎ - Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
∎ - Managing the delivery of the project according to the plan.
∎ - Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
∎ - Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
∎ - Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
∎ - Ensure resource availability and allocation.
∎ - Measure project performance using appropriate Project management tools.
∎ - Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
∎ - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
∎ - Manage the software development projects and facilitate sprint releases.
∎ - High-level understanding of computer programming languages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Project Management related certification is a plus.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Open to discussion. Salary will be determined based on expertise and experience.
