Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Project Planning & Initiation
∎ ● Define project scope, deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs tailored to client and vertical-specific requirements.
∎ ● Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resourcing strategies.
∎ ● Conduct feasibility studies, effort estimates, and risk assessments.
∎ ● Manage the onboarding/offboarding of client-specific tools, platforms, and workflows.

∎ 2. Delivery & Execution Oversight
∎ ● Manage day-to-day project operations ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery.
∎ ● Track milestones, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks for the clients’ creative outputs.
∎ ● Ensure version control, revision tracking, and handoff protocols are followed.
∎ 3. Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring.
∎
∎ ● Lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, content producers, SEBPO BD & US management as well as the client .
∎ ● Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and provide direction aligned with yearly goals for individual team members.
∎ ● Identify skill gaps and support training or reallocation efforts.4. Client & Stakeholder Communication
∎ ● Facilitate/conduct daily stand-ups with clients and SEBPO internal management calls with BD & US management.
∎ ● Serve as the single point of contact between clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
∎ ● Regularly communicate project status, blockers, and delivery timelines with the BD & US management.
∎ ● Handle client escalations, feedback, and revision cycles professionally and promptly.
∎ ● Build strong client relationships that promote retention and account growth.5. Resource/ team member Management
∎ ● Plan and manage team utilization, shift allocations, and resource balancing across time zones.
∎ ● Track financial forecasts, flagging any risk of overrun.
∎ ● Coordinate with department heads and HR for resource scaling during ramp-ups or roll-offs.
∎ ● Collaborate with department heads to facilitate annual performance assessments for team members.
∎ ● Plan and implement monthly and annual initiatives to promote team member motivation and recognition.

∎ 6. Compliance, Quality & Documentation
∎ ● Ensure adherence to client and organizational SOPs, security protocols (e.g., ISO/ISMS standards), and data privacy guidelines.
∎ ● Maintain thorough documentation: project charters, release notes, sprint summaries, and post-mortems.
∎ ● Facilitate quality assurance reviews and root cause analysis (RCA) for process improvements.
∎
∎ Experience & Qualifications
∎ ● 4 to 8 years in the business areas like ITES, software, or creative industries ● Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.
∎ ● Excellent knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, MS Project).
∎ ● Professional certifications such as ACMP, PMP, CSM, or Prince2 will be counted as a plus.

∎ Preferred Skills
∎ ● Fully flexible and committed to working across all three shifts - Morning, Evening, and Night, on a weekly rotational roster, with the ability and willingness to work Night shifts as a mandatory requirement.
∎ ● Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
∎ ● Ability to manage global clients and distributed teams across multiple time zones.
∎ ● Working knowledge of QA workflows, creative review processes, and client approval cycles.
∎ ● Prior experience in creative pipeline delivery (e.g., motion graphics, banner ads, video content) or development environments (e.g., UI/UX, front-end/back-end development) is a plus.
