DesignSilc Digital is hiring 4  Expert  WordPress Developers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on real client projects and build high-quality websites for international clients in a professional environment.

Position Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Location: House-14, Road 7/1, H Block, Banasree, Dhaka

Salary: 25,000 – 50,000 BDT (Based on experience)

Probation Period: 3 Months 

Probation Period salary : 15000-25000

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and customize WordPress websites based on project requirements

* Convert Figma, PSD, or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect WordPress websites

* Develop and maintain modern WordPress websites

* Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins

* Build responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

* Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices

* Perform website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting

* Identify and fix bugs, errors, and compatibility issues

* Implement WordPress security best practices

* Maintain clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code

* Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Must be an ethical and responsible team player

Education Requirements:

* Diploma in Computer Engineering

* Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

* Candidates from non-science background (SSC/HSC) are also encouraged to apply, provided they have strong practical skills and experience in WordPress development.

Skills Requirements:

* Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (2+ years preferred)

* Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugin customization

* Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

* Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, Bricks, etc.)

* Hands-on experience with Custom Fields (ACF, MetaBox, JetEngine, etc.)

* Experience with WooCommerce customization

* Knowledge of website performance optimization

* Understanding of Git / version control (preferred)

* Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

* Experience working with international clients is a plus

* Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflow is an advantage
