Job Context:
∎ Projahnmo Research Foundation (PRF) in association with Johns Hopkins University, USA has a long and illustrious history of conducting research in Bangladesh. PRF`s research has contributed to improvement of health of Bangladeshi citizens and has supported the career development of numerous Bangladeshi public health professional. PRF is seeking qualified and motivated applicants from Bangladeshi nationals for the position of Project Manager for a multi-country, community-based study to improve infant feeding and growth. The study will be implemented in seven countries in Asia and Africa, coordinated by the World Health Organization. In Bangladesh, the study will be implemented at Zakiganj in Sylhet district.
∎ The Project Manager will be responsible for overall management of the "Infant Feeding and Growth" trial for effective and quality implementation. S/he will be responsible for planning, execution and study related communications with the study staff and investigators. S/he will prepare and review study reports, identify gaps and potential solutions and communicate with Co-PIs and Investigators. S/he will be also responsible for administrative management of staff and resources. S/he will have to ensure effective and efficient use of the project`s resources and materials.
Salary:
∎ NO-B scale. Attractive remuneration packages will be offered to the really deserving candidate.
