Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop company strategy and implementation plans
∎ Involved in organizational design and project delivery resource formulation
∎ Highly motivated and proactive with strategic objectives and lateral thinking
∎ Working with teams across departments and business lines, in remote locations where needed, and coordinating with contractors/vendor s
∎ Lead and manage an integrated Project Management team including program scheduling, scope analysis for implementation
∎ Planning and Implementation of Project Schedule & Budget
∎ Identification of project scope – risk, opportunities, and roadblocks
∎ Coordinating between stakeholders in all aspects of Project Controls functions and parameters
∎ Coordinate & Monitor other Project Managers & Coordinators, Projects & QS, and Planners
∎ Monitor, assist and assure timely Delivery of Drawings on site
∎ Manage and supervise overall Timely Delivery of Projects and management resources
∎ Provide strategic direction on overall project achievement and meeting the key milestones
