About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and execution-focused Project Manager with Odoo ERP experience to plan, lead, and deliver cross-functional projects across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring projects—particularly ERP and system-driven initiatives—are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
You will work closely with leadership, product owners, developers, and operational teams to manage end-to-end project execution, improve processes, and support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage Odoo ERP and technology-driven projects from initiation through completion
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and documentation
Monitor project progress, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, development, QA, and business stakeholders
Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation and escalation strategies
Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, stand-ups, and review sessions as needed
Ensure projects align with business goals, quality standards, and budget constraints
Promote continuous improvement by implementing project management best practices and process optimizations
Support change management and adoption for new systems, workflows, and enhancements
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in ERP or software-driven environments
Hands-on experience managing projects involving Odoo ERP, including implementations, enhancements, or integrations
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile certifications)
Experience managing Odoo ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations
Familiarity with ERP business processes such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, or HR
Experience in process improvement, change management, or system adoption initiatives
Background in technology, software, SaaS, or operations-driven organizations
