Job Context:
∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is a NGO working in Kurigram district is looking for a qualified Project Manager (PM) for `IMAGINE Project.
∎ Supported by: CARE Bangladesh
∎ Job Nature: Full-time
∎ Project Manager (01, preferably women)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-7 years working experiences with proven skill and competencies in gender equality, women & girls rights and empowerment, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR), engaging men and boys, community mobilization and market development.
∎ Other job requirements:
∎ Proven experiences on program planning, implementation, budgeting, financial management, staff management, report writing and monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Clear conception/understanding on livelihood and mainstreaming gender and right based project dynamics.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
∎ The applicant should have computer skill on MS word, excel, power point and others.
∎ Experience on network/ linkage/ collaboration with union/ upazila / district level administration and national level network and like-minded organizations.
∎ Motor bike driving is encouraged.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 47000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: Monthly gross salary BDT. 47,000/- (Salary will be negotiable for highly experienced and deserving candidate)
