∎ Mahideb Jubo Somaj Kallayan Somity (MJSKS) is an NGO working in Kurigram district is looking for a qualified `Monitoring Officer cum Trainer`for `SOMPORCO`Project.The project is working for the skill, awareness and volunteerism development and job placement of unemployed youth at Kurigram.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Job Experience: At least 3-5 years working experience with proven skill and competencies to work in monitoring and Training. Advance computer skill in MS-word, MS-Excel, MS-Access; Power point and Internet browsing. working knowledge on SPSS and with youth focused project will get the priority.
∎ Other Job Requirements: Have knowledge on qualitative and quantitative M&E system, database management, monitoring of market linkage, women and girls right, provide training to beneficiary especially rights and Income Generating Activities. M&E Framework, Guideline, Plan & designing, tools and data collection methods. Experience in tracking details work plan and guideline management on the variances, if any. Experience in both qualitative data and qualitative data collection, data consolidation and troubleshooting, data analysis and provide feedback on monitoring result to the staff and management. Experience in documenting and disseminating M&E findings and organizational learning of the program and Knowledge in conducting Data Quality Assessment (DQA) etc. Understanding on ICT and web based online automated information management system. Knowledge of participatory approach, institutional assessment, quantitative and qualitative techniques for various assessments and analysis. Including need base format/template design, data entry and cleaning, logical checks of monitoring data. Conduct field visit frequent at least 50% of assigned time and provide support to the field staff instantly. Making training plan for the beneficiaries and conduct/organized training at field level, office level and at TTC. Job market survey and making Linkage for the trained youth with job provider and ensuring job placement. Regular monitoring of residential training at TTC and ensuring the 100% presence and optimum achievement of the trainee. As a team member s/he should support/organize in other field level promotional activities. Self-motivated, Sincere and Ability to meet deadline under pressure. Should have valid Motor bike driving license.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
