∎ There are vacancies for the following contractual position based at LAMB Training Center, Parbatipur, Dinajpur:
∎ Job Summary: Ensure DMP management as per guidelines at Academic Sites. Training Project Manager will be responsible for the achievement of the objectives defined by the LAMB-James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University Partnership Program through provision of an efficient, effective and high quality service delivery and maintain functional relationship with GOB officials, Partner organizations and Community leaders in LAMB-CH&DP Program areas. Contribute to the achievement of the overall goals of the Training Center. S/he will monitor the progress and facilitate attaining the program objectives. Required to travel at least 50 % of time to the Project area.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To give leadership in professional behaviour and integrity, and to promote unity and peace among all program staffs.
∎ • Supervise the staff of the LAMB-James P Grant School of Public
∎ • Health, BRAC University/LAMB Midwifery Education program & overall program monitoring, reporting and financial management of the project.
∎ • Planning, designing and implementation of training need assessment and assist to organizing local level training.
∎ • Manage LAMB-James P Grant School of Public Health, BRACU
∎ • University/LAMB Community Midwifery Education program’s staff and ensure that service standards are properly maintained
∎ • Arrange necessary training/orientation for his project staff andgovernment or other service provides if needed.
∎ • Undertake field visits to monitor project activities as well asconduct periodic Program reviews with government counterparts and donors.
∎ • Undertake action on operational procedures affecting projectimplementation and management.
∎ • Collate information needed for donor reporting and send reports to concerned management with consultation of Training Director.
∎ • Develop monitoring tools and schedule, and ensure that program monitoring and evaluation are conducted periodically
∎ • Ensuring Quality of training and establishing Quality Assurance (QA) System
∎ • Make an arrangement for the evaluation of the project and the
∎ documentation of lessons learnt, in consultation with LAMB-James P Grant School of Public Health,
∎ BRAC University/LAMB Midwifery Education program’s
∎ • Ensure good communication between LAMB-James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University/LAMB Community Midwifery Education program’s and training center staff.
∎ • Responsible for local government and NGO networking as per need of the LAMB-James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University/LAMB Community Midwifery Education program’s as well as other LAMB Programs.
∎ • Procurement of equipment, logistics and commodities and ensuring regular supplies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in the public health program and at leaset 5 years experience in Training Program Position.
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in development and implementation of Training programs required. Any management and Health related training required.
Salary:
