∎ There are vacancies for the following contractual position based at LAMB Training Center, Parbatipur, Dinajpur:
∎ Job Summary: Ensure DMP management as per guidelines at Academic Sites. Training Project Manager will be responsible for the achievement of the objectives defined by the LAMB-James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University Partnership Program through provision of an efficient, effective and high quality service delivery and maintain functional relationship with GOB officials, Partner organizations and Community leaders in LAMB-CH&DP Program areas. Contribute to the achievement of the overall goals of the Training Center. S/he will monitor the progress and facilitate attaining the program objectives. Required to travel at least 50 % of time to the Project area.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall coordinate of activities of the DMP;
∎ Coordinate and supervise for compliance of international standard teaching environment including hygiene and cleanliness in quality assured manner;
∎ Coordinate and supervise all activities and deliverables of finance and admin officer, faculty members, hostel manager along with supporting staff;
∎ Coordinate, supervise and monitor management of academic site including proper register, recording, maintenance and documentation;
∎ Ensure and follow up of introducing and maintaining accurate teaching schedule through proper distribution of lesion plan by Faculty members according to academic calendar;
∎ Communicate with other academic sites regarding their best practices and discuss and decide about implementation of that practice at urban academic site
∎ Ensure the resource mobilization prioritizing the academic plan;
∎ Regularly meet with faculty, all other staffs, students to understand the performance and progress, problems faced (if any), possible solutions;
∎ Ensure timely quarterly reporting of performance with challenge faced, lessons learned, strategy to address challenges and future activity plan
∎ Review and approve project related expenses incurred in the academic site
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in the public health program and at least 5 years’ experience in Training Program Position.
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in development and implementation of Training programs required. Any management and Health related training required.

Salary:
∎ Not less than Tk. 40,000 but salary will be negotiable, depending as per experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical care at LAMB.
