Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position serves as key project management as well as a business and technical analyst for IT projects involving application development/enhancement/customization.
∎ Project Manager will be responsible for managing the business analysis process for all development projects, providing business analysis and design support.
∎ Manages key application development projects and supports the project office applications and processes;
∎ Maintains the direction and focus on the goals of the project;
∎ Develops project work plans, requirement analysis, find the technical solution , prepares estimates, defines roles and responsibilities, tracks and facilitates project progress, develops and implements test plans;
∎ Conducts system analysis and design activities;
∎ Maintains communications on project status with all associated departments and oversees roll out activities;
∎ Providing high-level architectural direction and review architectural implementation in different projects.
∎ Make a shortlist of available options to choose a standard way of application development for the organization.
∎ Creating, defining, or choosing a perfect framework for software application development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 6-10 years of experience in ERP project development & implementation.
∎ Expert knowledge on Web Technology (PHP, Node JS, ASP.Net).
∎ Working experience in Servlet, JSP, JPA, Hibernate, Spring/Struts/Play framework.
∎ Professional experience in Project Estimation, Planning, Designing, Management and Deployment.
∎ Must have practical design documentation experience like UML (SD, CD, UCD), DFD, CFD, system architecture.
∎ High level knowledge of Project Management, ERP and CRM systems, and business processes.
∎ Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Must have the ability to effectively communicate with a lot of different people.
