Monitor daily site activities for compliance with design and specifications:

Highway : sub grade, sub-base, base course, asphalt/concrete surfacing, drainage, traffic safety measures. Bridges: piling, pier/abutment works, superstructure erection, deck concreting, bearings, expansion joints.

High-Rise Buildings: foundation, superstructure, MEP works, finishing, fire safety compliance.

Conduct material testing (soil compaction, concrete cube tests, steel tensile tests) through authorized labs.

Prepare and update work progress reports for development partners.

Maintain strict cost control and prevent unauthorized expenditures.

Enforce GoB and donor safety regulations at site.

Prepare as-built drawings and maintenance guidelines.

Maintain site diary and inspection records.

Strong knowledge of BNBC, PWD, NHA,RHD, WDBB Specifications, Public Procurement Rules (PPR 2008) and development partner procurement systems.

Effective communication and negotiation skills for multi-agency coordination
