∎ Skills Required: Community Mobilization , Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English, profesional english writing, typing skill in English and Bangla
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 5 years relevant NGO experience, Project Planning, Project proposal writing, Spoken and written fluency in English
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to make ready the Project Profile, and proposal of NGO projects.
∎ Plan, design and provide direct supervision of the implementation of project activities to ensure that deadlines are met and activities produce quality outputs.
∎ Develop monitoring and evaluation tools for the project to ensure effective monitoring of each individual activity
∎ Support the project team in developing and updating the project risk register.
∎ Maintain regular coordination and communication with donor, other partner organizations, consultants, NGOs, law firms, institutions supporting ADR and community representatives to build and enhance their ownership.
∎ Attend the relevant meetings, workshops forums to present the project achievements and successes.
∎ Establish and manage relationships with partners and key persons.
∎ Review and finalize the reports of key project activities.
∎ Ensure that project activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
∎ Any other tasks, as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Candidate Must have to be fluent in English in writing and speaking.
∎ Community Mobilization
∎ Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
∎ Professional English writing, typing skill in English and Bangla
Salary: Tk. 25 - 50 (Monthly)
