∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates with MPH or equivalent degree will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital health, Government health and family planning structures and its functions, Project Management, public health
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the formulation of strategy for program development in health sector
∎ Contribute in the formulation of annual work plans for ongoing projects and scopes for upcoming ones
∎ Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables through meaningful teamwork
∎ Develop, update and maintain a Project Monitoring Plan at regular intervals
∎ Lead the developmemt and submission of periodic Program Performance Reports
∎ Provide periodic and adhoc project updates to the donors for tracking project activities and troubleshooting potential problems
∎ Liaise with relevant departments and units of MoHFW for ensuring compliance
∎ Design, guide and conduct workshops, seminars and coordination meetings
∎ Manage relationship with relevant national and global institutions for smooth implementation of project activities
∎ Work with the R&D team to develop innovative projects/services in the space of digital health
∎ Proactively guide and participate in user-centric research efforts for identifying requirements for digital health interventions.
∎ Plan and design explaoratory, formative and summative research activities within the scopes of health sector projects
∎ Guide the development of BCC materials and relevant contents for ensuring better health seeking behavior and uptake of public health services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Capable to design and develop execution plan and strategy for the technology related health projects in Bangladesh
∎ Skilled in project documentation, progress monitoring, stakeholder management with government and private sector stakeholders, donors and partners
∎ Understanding of innovative solutions, especially in the area of Digital Health, targeting behavioral change communication, service delivery, capacity building, workforce management etc.
∎ In-depth understanding of the health sector, including all state and non-state initiatives, in Bangladesh
∎ Skilled to convincingly visualize, illustrate and articulate abstract concepts and insights with a diverse audience both in country and abroad
