Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate with zeal to excel in IT field by adopting new technologies, customer engagements, proactive approach are preferred, candidates with such zeal & qualities having less experience can also apply for the position.
∎ With sound technical background & good communication skills and documentation skills to prepare proposals, like...Proposal preparation, extracting contents from RFP, Coordination with different teams, preparing presentations, case studies, client coordination for follow up on queries, appointments, Opportunity logging, tracking in portal, driving solution and UX design to meet customer requirement, finalizing test strategy and conducting E2E test cases before & with customer UAT etc.
∎ Effectively "Plan" and Document roll-out of enterprise business systems in new international markets
∎ Develop and maintain Local/International Enterprise
∎ Identify, manage, and bring to resolution all project risks/ issues. Escalate major project risks to scope, budget, or timeline to appropriate escalation points in a timely manner.
∎ Form strong working relationships with your company and across the IT organization.
∎ Translate "Plan" activities into "Build"; successfully kicking off solution build and handoff to techno-functional team for ownership
∎ Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication, resulting in stakeholder buy-in
∎ The candidate must have proven knowledge in Project implementation & Telecommunication/IT Services Maintenance activities.
∎ He must have knowledge in business strategy of Telecommunication & IT Services and must be aware of Tax/legal framework of Bangladesh. He needs to have sufficient knowledge in Finance and should be able to drive Finance department.
∎ Looking for an enthusiastic candidate with right attitude, full of energy to learn new technology, design solutions and interact with different internal and external stakeholder to deliver an exact solution.
