Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering (Civil) from any reputed university in Bangladesh or any country.
∎ Diploma (Civil) with minimum 10 years working experience.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineer, Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Architecture Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, planning, managing & coordinating for completing the project works timely.
∎ Erection of Pre-fab/ Pre- engineering steel Building.
∎ Preparing work schedule (Daily and Weekly).
∎ Coordinate with production and ensure progress according to the time schedule.
∎ Overseeing all the details of the project’s erection from beginning to the end.
∎ Coordinating with the entire department that is involved in the project.
∎ Taking responsibilities of all the problems that arises in the project and solving them in a timely manner..
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ Schedule the project in logical steps and budget, time required to meet deadlines.
∎ Need to ensure all the works related with the project as per design & quality.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in computer.
∎ Active, Efficient and managing capability.
∎ The applicant should supervise and coordinate, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes and customer requirements
∎ The applicant needs to have the ability to plan, design, budget preparation and successfully execution of the projects.
∎ In case of Diploma candidate, must have minimum 10 years working experiences in respective field in well reputed industry.
