Educational Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a potential team member who has Master's degree in Education or in Social Science with diploma in ECD/Education is required.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan International Bangladesh has a long history of leadership in ECD in Bangladesh, pioneering the Shishu Bikash Kendro (SBK) model for preschool education which has been implemented by partners, and working closely with the government on ECD education planning for the whole country. PIB has a particular expertise in the area of ECD in Emergencies, delivering a large program in Cox's Bazar and serving as co-chair of the ECD Working Group under the Cox's Bazar Education Sector.

∎ Gender Transformative Early Childhood Development (GT-ECD) Project is implementing in Dhaka urban and Barguna district of Barishal division. The purpose of the project is "All children under eight years - especially girls - develop to their full potential, free from discriminatory and limiting attitudes, practices and expectations based on gender, ability and other identities.

∎ The Manager- ECD is responsible to develop evidence-based report and learning documents of ECD projects/interventions , ensure implementation process meet compliance and other requirement of Plan International Bangladesh and donors. This position has to effectively manage and guide the project in collaboration with Divisional offices, implementing partner organization and other stakeholders at national and local level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with 8-10 Years of total experience including minimum 2-3 years of experience in Project Management are highly encouraged to apply. Having expertized on ECD and early grades of primary education focusing Gender & Inclusion will add extra value.
∎ Participatory decision making, integrity, transparency, proactive stance, respect for gender equity and adherence to child rights.
Salary:
∎ BDT. 1,29,040.00 - 1,61,300.00 (Monthly CTC) along with other benefits i.e., Life insurance, and hospitalization benefit.
