Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
∎ Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and a detailed project plan
∎ Analyze requirements to understand deliverables and expected outcomes
∎ Review requirement definitions and design documents, identifying and addressing potential issues
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
∎ Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
∎ Monitor all projects' quality status and progress broadly and adjust personnel assignments and schedules according to the situation.
∎ Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
∎ Develop test plans based on system requirements and design, and execute these plans to test the system comprehensively
∎ Determine and define test strategies and test plans for various applications, focusing on thorough coverage and effectiveness.
∎ Report defects and bugs with detailed documentation to developers and provide necessary follow-up until issues are resolved
∎ Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
∎ Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
∎ Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
∎ Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of product or project development experience, or 2 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
∎ Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
∎ Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector or software company
∎ Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
∎ Experience in Quality Assurance is a Bonus
∎ I need to have strong experience in test management tools like Jira.
∎ Knowledge of the SDLC & STLC in an Agile environment, quality assurance and software testing
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
∎ Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
∎ Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
