Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Post-graduation degree from a recognized university in Social Science, International Relations, Development Studies, Economics, Law or other related disciplines

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall strategic and quality management (both programme and finance) of the project
∎ Manage the project implementation in collaboration with different partners and stakeholders at district and divisional levels
∎ Coordinate with all stakeholders, experts and donors and ensure completion of all requirement
∎ Facilitate and take an active part to design and develop knowledge materials
∎ Mobilize and organize related training, campaign, orientation and learning sessions Monitoring the project progress, capture learning, to assist senior management
∎ Participate in research and study design for various research activities under the project
∎ Prepare research methodology, design instruments, and guide the overall plan of study
∎ Coordinate with assigned team members to implement project activities
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Salary: Negotiable
