Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the field level implementation of the partners' interventions under the project. This role will contribute to create lasting change for children achieving key objectives as follows:
∎ Provide leadership in achieving the goal and outcomes of the project mobilizing partners, staff, stakeholders at Upazila & district level, and other budgeted project resources
∎ Lead technical and support team members in project implementation following the requirements of PIB and the donor including financial and MERL functions
∎ Manage the relationship with partners ensuring that project objectives under which they are responsible are achieved, its field implementation are managed and coordinated
∎ Lead in ensuring that gender is effectively mainstreamed thus creating opportunities to empower children and girls to make decisions
∎ The Project Manager will also be representing the project in the partners' consortium composed of RDRS and MJSKS, government's coordination system at sub district, and district levels, The Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of the goal and outcomes of the project, and will regularly report progress in achieving them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The person should have at least 03 years' managerial experience in a development organisation dealing with social development issues preferably skilled in community mobilization, communication, partnership management and adherence to child protection issues.
∎ Experience of project budget management with knowledge on donor compliances.
∎ Working experience in char and hard to reach areas is an added advantage. Ability to analyse field challenges, information and circumstances to provide quick and quality solutions with effective communication skills with expertise of using various technological tools
Salary: Tk. 130000 - 160000 (Monthly)
