∎ A minimum of a Master in Social Science, preferable in Sociology, with 5 years of practical experience. Qualifications could be relaxed in the case of candidates having long experience in related fields.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will be responsible for facilitating the holistic development of children registered in the project and overseeing the overall efficient and effective management of the project.
∎ S/he will be responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, and evaluating project activities routinely in accordance with donor operational procedures outlined in the program manual.
∎ S/he will be responsible for implementing the National Curriculum given to the project by the donor and ensuring appropriate development outcomes for children at the project.
∎ S/he will be in charge of financial management and the proper use of funds in accordance with annual plans approved by the Partner and Donor.
∎ S/he will be responsible for submitting relevant reports to donors, partner agencies, the government, and other regulatory bodies as required by law and funding agency policies.
∎ S/he will be responsible for the timely submission of routine information such as monthly activity and financial reports, child letters, departures, and other information that may be required from time to time.
∎ S/he will be responsible for liaising with the partner agency, local community, and network with other agencies and service organizations in the project area and help to mobilize local resources for complementing child development activities.
∎ S/he will be responsible for taking up and carrying out other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your appointing authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command both in English and Bangla;
∎ A good lifestyle based on ethical values is above reproach in integrity and honesty to genuine love and concern for children.
∎ Computer skills (Word processing, spreadsheet & database). An additional computer competency will be knowledge of a software program.
∎ Good leadership skills and team building ability. performance management and staff development skills.
∎ Should have knowledge of financial operations and management. should have knowledge of general administration. ability to plan and make optimum use of available resources
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 27400 (Monthly)
