Educational Requirements:
∎ a. The ideal person should have Master’s degree in Social Science, Development Studies, International Development, from a recognized University with 5-7 years working experience in managerial position preferable in socio-economic development arena including 2-3 years in senior management position;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ a. Overall implementation and management of the assigned projects within the constraints of the projects along with managing and directing the resources with fullest efficiency & stewardship to best meet of the project objectives;
∎ b. Lead the program department and ensure implementation of operational goals of the organization;
∎ c. Prepare the detailed project implementation plan (PIP) with respective project teams;
∎ d. Ensure collection of metrics data & produce periodic donor progress reports, activity reports and other relevant program reports & documents for stakeholders, management and donors;
∎ e. Provide leadership to the related project staffs for delivering project objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality;
∎ f. Coordinate key project personnel to bring outcomes/ recommendations/ suggestions to the attention of management;
∎ g. Identifying, monitoring, and responding to risks related with project implementation;
∎ h. Ensure regular reports for the funding partners according to the timeframe;
∎ i. Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of BNM and donor organizations as specified in grant agreements, trouble shoots project problems identifying and implementing creative solutions;
∎ j. Support preparation of FD – 2, 6, 7 and other documents as required by the NGO Affairs Bureau;
∎ k. Assist BNM Director for strategy development for the organization and expansion of the work;
∎ l. Develop new project/ program and help to mobilize resources;
∎ m. Facilitate training and workshop and assessments studies;
∎ n. Develop good rapport team members to ensure a healthy working environment with good relationships to motivate staff to contribute their best for the achievement of desired outcomes;
∎ o. Facilitate strong communications between project staff and senior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 43 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ b. Excellent Report writing Skill;
∎ c. Capable of leading and managing a wide range of staff;
∎ d. Sound knowledge in strategic decision making;
∎ e. Good command of project planning and budgeting;
∎ f. High moral character with integrity and honesty;
∎ g. Capacity to handle multi tasks & prioritize job responsibilities;
∎ h. Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English language;
∎ i. Able to travel up to 50% and work within a flexible work schedule.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 65000 (Monthly)
