Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline or relevance degree with at least 3 years' experience in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation;
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Monitoring and evaluation
∎ Skills Required: KoBo SPSS, Reporting and Documentation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing appropriate M&E frameworks, systems, and tools to monitor the progress, performance, and impact of projects or programs.
∎ Collecting, analyzing and interpreting relevant data through surveys, interviews, focus groups discussions, and other methods to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
∎ Regularly tracking project or program activities, outputs, and outcomes to assess whether they are on track and meeting established targets.
∎ Assessing the long-term effects and impacts of projects or programs on the target beneficiaries or stakeholders. This may involve conducting impact evaluations, conducting studies, and measuring indicators of success.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports, presentations, and documentation summarizing monitoring and evaluation findings. Communicating results to stakeholders, management, and donors.
∎ Providing guidance and support to project staff or partners on monitoring and evaluation methodologies, tools, and techniques. Conducting training sessions to enhance their understanding and skills.
∎ Ensuring the quality and integrity of monitoring and evaluation data and processes. Conducting regular data audits and physical verification exercises to validate the accuracy and reliability of collected information.
∎ Promoting a culture of learning within the organization by capturing and disseminating lessons learned, best practices, and success stories. Encouraging the use of evidence-based decision-making.
∎ Collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and implementing partners to align monitoring and evaluation activities with project goals and objectives. Coordinating with relevant departments or teams to gather necessary data.
∎ Identifying areas for improvement in project implementation based on monitoring and evaluation findings. Recommending and implementing changes to enhance project effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Perform any task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Good command both in English & Bangla;
∎ Diverse knowledge of working with different ethnic and minority groups will be considered as an asset
∎ Sound knowledge of using personal computers including Microsoft Office Application; Excel, SPSS, KOBO etc
∎ Knowledge of Project Management, coordination, leadership, community engagement, and rights-based approach.
∎ Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month to the field areas.
∎ Gender equality and diversity awareness
∎ Have Excellent Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, Social & Leadership Skills
∎ Job Location: Dhaka with 50% travel in the field areas
Salary: Tk. 38000 - 42000 (Monthly)
