Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Association for Social Advancement (BASA) is looking for deserving candidates to fill in the following positions for its WASH4Urbanpoor project to be implemented in Shakhipur Municipality Under Tangail district supported by Water Aid Bangladesh.
∎ Job location: Shakhipur Municipality area, Tangail, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all project activates as per BASA and donor's operational/implementation guideline.
∎ Responsible for fund management, fund disbursement, follow-up and monitoring of expenditure with project activities and meet with internal and external audit/ monitoring visitors team.
∎ Maintain Co-compost plant activities, staff and accomplish administrative functions in accordance with rules and procedures of the organization and donor's requirement.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan, yearly mPMIS plan, WASH coverage plan, FS & SW collection plan compost production and sales plan.
∎ Maintain all related files, registers, documents, on co-compost plant, DWTS municipality, community level informations, files and other papers/ documents.
∎ Maintain security by internal control, all documents for tariff collection, and stock of compost production. Follow the all financial, HR, procurement and other guidelines of BASA & selected donor
∎ Summarizes current project status by collecting information, including project activities, project related information,
∎ Maintain project outcome, output, activities internal and external visit report, weekly, monthly, six monthly, yearly report and other reports.
∎ Ensure staff/ component wise target and its achievement as per plan including FSM plant .
∎ Maintain mPMIS & other reporting format for providing all information to BASA & its donor.
∎ Prepare special project reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing co-compost plant related information and trends and submit to the concerned authorities.
∎ Prepare and facilitate annual planning workshop with DAE & municipality, coordination meeting and its report.
∎ Preparing budget & follow -up RFQ, work orders vendors selection process.
∎ Linkage with UP Education Dept., DAE upazila and district level, Municipality, UNO, DPHE.
∎ Prepare Progress reports on Project activities on regular basis and submit it to BASA and WAB.
∎ Expert to operate solid waste or fecal sludge treatment plant and DWTS.
∎ Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the Executive Director as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Excellent knowledge of WASH project management system with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a professional context
∎ Excellent knowledge and use of the internet, Microsoft Word and Excel (with frequent formula use)
∎ Good hand to writing reports in Bangla & English.
∎ Person of good character and integrity, strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as coordinator of a team.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
