Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager (PMP Certified) with strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee AI/ML-focused projects from initiation to closure using industry-standard project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).

• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.

• Translate complex AI/ML concepts into business-friendly language for executives and non-technical stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk management strategies, and resource allocations.

• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate cross-functional communication and drive stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership, ensuring transparency in delivery.

• Support change management and adoption of AI solutions across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) – mandatory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years managing AI/ML, data science, or automation projects.

• Strong understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, etc.) and their business applications.

• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex technical projects.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and AI project lifecycle (data preparation, model training, deployment, monitoring).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS AI/ML/Azure AI/Google Cloud AI).

• Experience with MLOps tools and AI deployment pipelines.

• Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and governance frameworks.

• Certifications in Agile (CSM, SAFe) or AI-related courses are a plus.
