Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engage in planning and implementation of program activities through different level of staff
∎ Provide technical, managerial and logistic support to team for for effective implementation of the project activities
∎ Prepare procurement plan, keep tracking on the budget expenditure and ensure agro-inputs are reached to the project beneficiaries according to the plan
∎ Coordinate with BRAC seed and agro enterprise for technical support
∎ Work on capacity building of fellow staff to fit them in position to work smoothly
∎ Take responsibilities to integrate different unit such as operation, monitoring, rapid response, logistic team and others unit working in same area
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly progress report, observation report and expenditure report
∎ Ensure proper submission of referral issues, protection issues and others
∎ Attend in the Camp Coordination meeting and maintain liaison with Donor, Govt bodies and other organisation and provide assistance to them as and when require
∎ Arrange field schedule and accompany visitor and explain the program as BRAC representative
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years working experience in agriculture sector
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision
∎ Experience in project cycle management including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people management
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
∎ Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work
