Agribusiness, agro based farm
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all vegetable, fruit, corn, and fish production with attention to nutrient management and organic practices. Production is year-round and includes Hydroponics, Greenhouse, Hoop house, Biofloc farming, and field production.
∎ Oversee farm maintenance including facilities, machinery, and cropping systems.
∎ Develop and monitor irrigation & fertilize systems, including creating and managing a watering and others scheduled for Hydroponics, Aquaponics, and greenhouse, hoop house, Biofloc farming, and production fields.
∎ Inventory Management & Quality Assurance for safe Argo Products.
∎ Give proper instructions & training regarding the process of cultivation and introduce modern technology to the subordinates & farmers.
∎ Support encourage and develop team and take ownership of the team.
∎ To handle & Solve the production & quality-related complain in dealers & farmers.
∎ Supervise & control all expenditures related to the agricultural operation and obtain necessary approval from higher management.
∎ To provide Reports to management daily & monthly.
∎ Other assigned duties by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hardworking, Proactive, Self-responsible, ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Practical knowledge: Aquaponics, Hydroponics, Greenhouse, Hoop house, Biofloc farming, and field production.
