Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Social Science (Preferably in Disaster Management /Agriculture)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to Project team for implementing project Intervention & achieving the project goal.
∎ Base line Survey, Social & Protection Map Preparation.
∎ Prepare monthly action plan, Fund Requisition, Monthly report, Quarterly Report and Case Study writing.
∎ Bill Voucher Collection and Checked.
∎ Participate in Community Group Formation & Meeting, Follow up group Meeting, QPRM, Quarterly Meeting with Union Parishad, Bi-Monthly Meeting with Forest Department, Upazilla Coordination meeting, Monthly staff meeting.
∎ All Training & Orientation organize & Conduct.
∎ Field activities visit, monitoring and feedback, Problem Identify, Solving.
∎ Regular communication & Coordination with senior management through mobile & Internet. Establish Group Approach & Implement qualitative project intervention.
∎ Liaison, Coordination and Network Building with Upazilla Government Offices, local Government for project stakeholders, civil society, LGIs & community people.
∎ Staff monitoring

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in mangrove tree plantation
∎ Strong Training & Facilitation Skill
∎ Reporting & Documentation
∎ Motor Cycle Driving
∎ Computer (MS word, MS Excel, Internet Browsing)
∎ Strong Interpersonal Skill

Salary: Negotiable
