Experience:

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed Public University/Institution only.

• At least 8 years

• Age At least 35 years

• Skills Required: Auto CAD, 2D 3D, Auto CAD Drafting, Building Construction, STAAD Pro, ETABS, ERP software, good communication skills, MS Project, Real Estate analytical thinking.
• Team building & leading

1.       Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.

2.       Proper knowledge on building BOQ estimate.

3.       Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.

4.       Should have practical Knowledge on basement construction, fair face concrete construction.

5.       Site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.

6.       Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.

7.       Quality checking of construction materials.

8.       Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.

9.       Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, man & materials) of construction site.

10.   Ensure Site Health, Safety, Environmental issues.

11.   Any other relevant duties assigned by management time to time.

Educational Requirements:

1.       B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed Public University/Institution only.

2.       Skills Required: Auto CAD, 2D 3D, Auto CAD Drafting, Building Construction, STAAD Pro, ETABS, ERP softwares, good communication skills, MS Project, Real Estate analytical thinking.

3.       Team building & leading

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Civil Construction works, Construction Building, Having must Real estate background, Real Estate project Development etc.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

1.       Developer, Real Estate

2.       He should have very pleasant personality with excellent Computer skills both in Bengali & English.

3.       Applications from Civil Engineers are invited for the position of Senior Project Engineer or Project Engineer having experience in Real Estate only.

4.       Motor Bike riding experience is needed for the Dhaka city with valid driving license
