• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed Public University, having no third division/class at any stage of education.

• Age 30 to 40 years

Experience

• For Diploma in Civil, 8 to 12 years or more
• For B.Sc. In Civil, 8 to 10 years or more
• Minimum 05 - 07 years of relevant experience in a Prominent high-rise building construction Company.
• Need sound knowledge about computer applications such as AutoCAD 2D, MS Office.
• You should have a very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
• Must know any Construction Cost Estimate, like Building, Bridge, Foot over Bridge, Lake, River Dredging, Retaining Wall, Drainage system, Steel Work, Flyover, Highway, etc.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly technical Civil Engineer to join our team. If you have the necessary skills, knowledge, and dedication to do things right, then this may be the right job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination between Client, Design Consultant, and Contractors.

• Perform site inspections regularly to follow up on work progress, ensuring that work progress is carried out as per the approved work schedule, while guaranteeing that the timeliness of the project meets the target dates (attend progress meetings) and that appropriate resources are allocated as per the contractual agreement.

• Overseeing the Quality Control system and coordinating with all required departments to ensure QA.

• Overseeing Supply Chain Management for smooth workflow.

• Manage the Contractor to execute the job within the stipulated time frame.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting against the project plan

• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
