Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, estimate for earth work and infrastructure of the project;
∎ Bill preparation of different infrastructure and made payment;
∎ Selection of program participants and appropriate verification;
∎ Establish and installation of tube-well and latrine in remote chars and adjacent chars area;
∎ Implementation and supervision of infrastructure activities as per design;
∎ Maintain professional relationship with local Government authorities, Upazilla and Union authorities, Civil society members, UzDMC, UDMC, VDMC, Village leaders, VTFs members, Federation members, DAE, WDB, LGED, DPHE, related other GO, NGO service providers like Clp, SHOUHARDO, CBOs & communities among catchments areas prioritizing advocacy;
∎ Ensure information dissemination on grass roots level advocacy, land rights issues, climate change adaptation, coping mechanisms, sharing best practices and collection of information on use of sanitary latrine, hygiene practices, plinth raising and link road benefits;
∎ Ensure collection and timely supply of related all logistic (cash and kind) and paper documents to the CM for effective communication & implementing;
∎ Prepare and submit periodical progressive report and field visit report covering all implementing activities especially infrastructure, feedback, learning’s and overcoming procedure of constraints, documentation, record keeping, presentation and case study/human story write down with proper documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ At least 3 years experience in relevant field;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and relationship with other and communication skills;
∎ Report writing by using modern technology;
∎ Good oral and written communication skill, both in Bangla and English;
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office, e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft power point;
∎ Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines;
∎ Willing to travel extensively with in the RDRS operational area and beyond ability to work independently and in a team.

Salary: Tk. 53593 (Monthly)
