Responsibilities & Context:
- Applicants should have prior experience in Builders, real estate or related business sectors.
- Applicants should have knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD Software & other official related software.
- Oversee and maintenance daily construction procedure & operations, including structures & finishing portion site work management.
- Ensure superior quality in structure finishing works, maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Implement quality control procedures, perform regular inspections, and ensure all work complies with design, specifications, safety factors, and quality standards.
- Develop work schedules, coordinating contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare material schedules, monitor inventory levels, and manage BOQ, BBQ, and item-wise estimations for the site.
- Assign tasks to laborers and supervise on-site activities to ensure productivity and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site progress and material and labor utilization.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of site-related documents, including spreadsheets, drawings, and photographic evidence.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, standards, and legal requirements on the construction site.
