Ability to handle site challenges independently.
Knowledge of concrete mix, curing, and quality control.
Experienced in earth protective work, earth survey, embankment, Khal , river and geobag casting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Employment Status 8.00am to 6.00 pm
Supervise and monitor block casting works at site ensuring quality and accuracy.
Conduct earth surveying using total station/level machine and prepare site layout.
Maintain records of materials, manpower, and daily site activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and workers for smooth site execution.
