∎ M.Sc in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from reputed Public or Private University.
∎ Candidates having MBA degree will get preference.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities.
∎ Provides oversight of project implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans, and project performance.
∎ Ensures the project produces the specified results in the annual workplan(s) to the required standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters.
∎ Conducts monthly reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of financial deliverables and obligations.
∎ Making weekly work programs and achieving target(s) with respect to Master Plan or Gantt Chart.
∎ Ensures that the project progresses in accordance to its contractual obligations and complies with regulations and internal organizational policies.
∎ Establishes and manages a team with all the relevant disciplines and operational staff, including team building and counterpart identification within Ministries and partners.
∎ Develops a detailed implementation plan in line with the agreed scope and resources.
∎ Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
∎ Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.
∎ Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
∎ Good knowledge on Leed Certification.
∎ Take affective initiative to reduce the time for proper maintenance in case of any breakdown, installation new machinery & commissioning (if any), fabrication works required to accessories.
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings related to Mechanical plan.
∎ Preparing & checking all types of estimates of the project. Must contain comparative as well as competitive estimates from more than 2 (two) vendors
∎ Liaising, Reporting & Updating to the higher authority as and when required by providing necessary data, information and decision-oriented issues of the respective project
∎ Ensuring proper safety and security measures and keeping the project highly organized, clean and hygienic.

∎ Able to use your initiative
∎ Be thorough and pay attention to detail
∎ Good command in written and spoken English
∎ Advanced skill at MS Office Enterprise
