Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
project coordination, Project Management, Project Management Tools, Team management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand client requirements and prepare internal guidelines accordingly.
∎ Classify projects, create project workflows, and finalize benchmarks and demo completion reports.
∎ Update Edge-cases and Documentation after communicating with clients.
∎ Communicate technical issues with internal engineering team and/or platform partners.
∎ Create detailed training documentation.
∎ Maintain Daily Progress Report and Log.
∎ Manage the entire project delivery process from start to finish, including scheduling meetings, troubleshooting technical issues, and updating project charters and completion reports.
∎ Allocate jobs, create detailed training documentation, and provide real-time QC and feedback to annotators and ensure final Quality Assurance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams and communicate with clients.
∎ Proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results in all projects.
∎ Ability to effectively manage and implement changes within the project scope.
∎ Drive to continuously improve processes and methods to enhance project delivery and team performance.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
