What We Are Looking For As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of data annotation and AI operations projects, ensuring successful project onboarding, quality calibration, and timely delivery. The role serves as the primary bridge between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, overseeing project guidelines, resolving edge cases, maintaining quality standards, and communicating critical updates. You will monitor project progress, facilitate client feedback integration, manage reporting and documentation, and support team development to ensure operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining high-quality project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Onboarding & Calibration Management: Coordinate project kick-offs by reviewing demos, evaluating benchmarks, and ensuring production aligns with client expectations before full-scale deployment. Guideline & Edge Case Management: Manage project guidelines, resolve workflow ambiguities, document edge cases, and coordinate with clients to clarify requirements when needed. Quality Assurance & Feedback Integration: Conduct quality checks, monitor project outputs, process client feedback, and escalate technical issues to maintain high-quality deliverables. Project Progress & Delivery Oversight: Track project performance, monitor timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and support the preparation of project completion reports and key project metrics. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key communication link between clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders by providing regular project updates, reporting risks, and ensuring alignment across teams. Capacity Building & Workflow Documentation: Support team development, monitor project associate performance, identify resource requirements, and maintain detailed workflow documentation to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Preferred Experience in BPO, AI, or data services environment is preferred. Exposure to working with international clients or global project teams. Skills and Core Competencies Leadership & Team Management: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coordinate and support teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, accountability, and a collaborative work culture. Communication & Coordination: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure smooth project coordination.
