Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with at least 08 years of relevant experience of which 03 years in leadership position in a program with a focus on Health.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guide and supervise project staff and provide day-to-day administrative and project implementation support.
∎ Ensure planning and formulation of policies and guidelines and monitoring and evaluation of the project.
∎ Continuously monitor and supervise project activities, overseeing the technical design, execution and evaluation of progress through outputs and impacts using both quantitative and qualitative data.
∎ Undertake regular field visit to ensure quality of field implementation, and encourage the staff to improve implementation efficiency, effectiveness and transparency.
∎ Seek to improve operational procedure, monitoring and management information system, so that they are simple, effective, maximal and supportive for efficient field operation and project implementation
∎ Organize training and orientation for RDRS staff and project participant on relevant development issues, organizational development and strategic changes.
∎ Organize seminars, workshop and meetings involving government and non- government organisation, civil society actors and public representatives to facilitate health related issues in the working area.
∎ Monitor and review project and project implementation in the field.
∎ Provide detailed, accurate and timely reports as per requirements of donors on activities, challenges and areas in need of improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Clear understanding of issues related to Community Health Program;
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate;
∎ Strong administrative, managerial and motivational skill;
∎ First hand experience in project design, monitoring, and evaluation;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and command over English and Bangla – both spoken and written.
∎ Leadership and motivational quality
∎ Have capacity of Resource mobilization;
∎ Ability of donor liaison, budget control and report writing;
∎ Ability to build good working relations with existing and potential development partners/ donors. Liaison capacity with different donors and GO/ NGO;
∎ Excellent in proposal development, concept note writing, budgeting skills;
∎ Excellent communication skill, Excellent operating skills over MS Office.
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.

Salary: Tk. 102606 (Monthly)
