Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities 01: Planning, implementation and monitoring of the project activities. 30% of time
∎ Tasks
∎ Develop a planning matrix, plan, and budget for project by conducting PRRP
∎ Prepare a strategic operational plan of approved activities of project
∎ Prepare KPI of project staff as well as the self KPI.
∎ Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual activity plans.
∎ Arrange staff coordination and progress meeting.
∎ Take initiatives on operation considering HRBA process as well as ensuring sponsorship and safeguarding policies at the office and program level.
∎ Job Responsibilities 02: Guidance to team members for implementing & reporting of the project activities. 25% of time
∎ Tasks
∎ Monitoring the progress of delivering planned activities of the project
∎ Develop the project reports (monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual, etc.) with related evidence like photos, video clips, case stories, attendance sheets, master rolls, event reports etc.
∎ Develop systems to monitor the quality of child messages and photographs consulting with the sponsorship unit of donor.
∎ Provide feedback and guidance to the team members considering reviewing the progress and field observations for better performance.
∎ Support the team members to mobilize the community people for social movement, advocacy with service providers and other stakeholders.
∎ Job Responsibilities 03: Team Management 20% of time
∎ Tasks
∎ Facilitate the team members to internalize different conceptual and methodological documents as well as its processes.
∎ Provide accompaniment support to make the team members more confident in order to facilitate different events at the community level.
∎ Assist team members to develop an effective action plan to implement the planned activities
∎ Conduct needs assessment of the team members and take initiative to improve the capacity of gaps considering the planning matrix.
∎ Generate new and innovative ideas for effective implementation of project activities and sharing among the team members as well as different stakeholder levels.
∎ Job Responsibilities 04: Coordination and linkage with different stakeholders 10% of time
∎ Tasks
∎ Share the project objectives and strategies with urban and city corporation level administration, line agencies, and stakeholders.
∎ Develop a good relationship, maintain liaison and advocacy with different government and NGO officials to ensure different services for the target population.
∎ Take initiatives for smooth operation at project level consulting with head of program of Spreeha
∎ Share the update (messages, information, policies, instructions, etc.) properly among the staff
∎ Assist the internal and the external team to visit the program as per policy.
∎ Job Responsibilities 05: Administrative and financial management 15% of time
∎ Tasks
∎ Check and approve bills and vouchers of project expenditure as per financial policy of Spreeha.
∎ Provide support to the admin to maintain all procurement under project to ensure procurement policy.
∎ Provide oversight for the maintenance and proper use of all kinds of project materials and resources and keep the register/inventory.
∎ Support finance and administrative staff to ensure and maintain the proper documentation like attendance register, movement register, logbook, motorcycle register, fixed assets, stock register etc.
∎ Support to the external and internal audit team on financial activities consulting with finance focal of Spreeha Bangladesh.
∎ Conduct the staff appraisal as per HR policy of Spreeha Bangladesh.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Spreeha Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of working experience in the field specially Program Implementation Process, Livelihood development, homestead food production, climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction, Sponsorship Management, Reflection-Action process, group marketing, participatory M&E, HRBA etc.
∎ Technical Skills (Examples: languages, planning, budgeting, word processing, advance written and verbal communication, presentation etc)
∎ Excellent communication skill in English - both oral and written
∎ Excellent Planning, supervision, implementation, and evaluation of urban focused community-based program interventions
∎ Understanding program planning and budget, M&E, reporting system
∎ Communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
∎ Strong team building and capacity building skills.
∎ Confidence, interpersonal and representational skills and strong facilitation skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary: Tk. 28000 (Monthly)
